01Introduction

Welcome to MyTamilguru. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and services. By enrolling in our courses or accessing our materials, you enter into a binding legal agreement with us. Our platform is dedicated to preserving and sharing Tamil culture and wisdom, and we expect all students to interact with our resources with honor and respect.

02Student Eligibility & Accounts

To access most features of our platform, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activities that occur under your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide false information or violate our community guidelines.

03Course Access & Intellectual Property

Upon enrollment and payment, MyTamilguru grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and view the course content for your personal, non-commercial, educational purposes.

All course materials, including videos, text, graphics, and code, are the intellectual property of MyTamilguru and its instructors. You may not record, redistribute, sell, or modify any content without explicit written permission.

04Payments and Refunds

All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) unless stated otherwise. Prices for courses may change; the price at checkout is the price that applies to your purchase.

Payments are processed by our payment partner Razorpay (Razorpay Software Private Limited). We do not store your full card or UPI credentials on our servers; those details are handled by Razorpay and your bank or wallet provider in line with applicable rules. Your use of payments is also subject to Razorpay's terms and policies.

Digital delivery: After a successful payment, course access is provided to your account on our platform (no physical shipment). If access does not appear as expected, contact us using the Contact page.

•Refunds: Our refund and cancellation rules are described in detail in our Refund & Cancellation Policy (summary: 7-day window and less than 20% of content consumed, unless stated otherwise there).
•Access: "Lifetime access" refers to access for the lifetime of the platform or the course offering. We may retire or update content with reasonable notice where required.

05Code of Conduct

Students are expected to maintain professional and respectful behavior in all community forums, comment sections, and live sessions. Any form of harassment, hate speech, or sharing of inappropriate content will result in immediate termination of access without refund.

06Limitation of Liability

MyTamilguru and its instructors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your access to or use of the platform. The information provided is for educational purposes only and does not constitute professional advice.
