01Course Refund Policy
At MyTamilguru, we strive to ensure our students have a fulfilling learning experience. If you find that a course does not meet your expectations, we offer a refund under the following conditions:
- •Refund requests must be made within 7 days of the course purchase date.
- •The refund is only applicable if you have consumed less than 20% of the course content.
- •Refunds are not available if a Certificate of Completion has already been generated or issued.
02How to Request a Refund
To initiate a refund request, please follow these steps:
- Email our support team at mytamilguru@gmail.com.
- Use the subject line "Refund Request: [Full Name] - [Course Name]".
- Provide your registered email address and order ID.
- Briefly state the reason for your refund request to help us improve.
Once submitted, our team will review your request within 3-5 business days. Approved refunds are initiated to your original payment method (for example the card or UPI used at checkout via our payment partner Razorpay). Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take additional 5-10 business days (or as per NPCI/bank timelines) for the amount to appear in your account.
Purchases are also subject to our Terms and Conditions. For payment-specific questions, you may refer to Razorpay's terms.
03Non-Refundable Items
The following are generally non-refundable:
- Discounted courses or bundles (unless specified otherwise).
- Live workshop tickets or one-on-one sessions (unless canceled by the instructor).
- Administrative fees or platform service charges.
